There is an ever expanding number of books to help you in gaining understanding about psychological problems, and ways of dealing with them.

Learning from other peoples’ journeys to healing, self-help books or fictional writing, drama or film can all be valuable. Where appropriate, I encourage clients to integrate such reading with their therapy, and may suggest particular books.
